Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on renewals of existing customer contracts, ensuring timely renewal and retention of customers.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to existing customers, promoting additional Cloudoon services and solutions.
  • Conduct cold calls and digital sales activities to reach out to potential customers and prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to support sales efforts and achieve targets.
  • Track and manage sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales roles, preferably in digital sales or technology-related industries.
  • Familiarity with cold calling techniques and digital sales channels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers.
  • Goal-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with self-motivation and initiative.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing or technology services is a plus.

Remuneration:
