ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a passionate AI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing AI applications that are actively used by end users and create measurable impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions for real-world applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities
- Build scalable AI models and algorithms that solve practical problems
- Integrate AI solutions with cloud computing infrastructure
- Monitor and optimize AI system performance
- Document development processes and maintain code quality
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Stay updated with latest AI technologies and industry best practices
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
- Proven experience developing AI applications that benefit end users
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures
- Experience with API development and database management
- Portfolio of practical AI projects with demonstrable impact
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, or deep learning
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of data privacy and AI ethics
- Previous startup or fast-paced environment experience
