SaaS Sales Representative


Job Overview:

As a SaaS Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth by selling our Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions to prospective clients. 

You will be a key player in the sales team, engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our SaaS products.


Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels.

  • Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Client Engagement:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our SaaS solutions.

  • Understand client requirements and tailor presentations to address their specific needs.

Sales Negotiation:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements to close deals.

Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on how our SaaS solutions can meet their business goals.

Team Building:

  • Collaborate with sales management to recruit, onboard, and train new team members.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture to enhance overall performance.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experienc

Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.

  • Provide regular updates on sales performance to the sales manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Proven experience in SaaS sales or a similar role.

  2. Strong understanding of SaaS products and the technology industry.

  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  5. Results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets.

Experience:

  1. Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.

Salary:

18,000 plus performance based commissions
