Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our team and gain hands-on experience in human resources management. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.

    • Assist in conducting new hire orientations and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

  • HR Administration:

    • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing HR-related documents.

    • Support the HR team in organizing and maintaining personnel files, records, and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.

  • Employee Relations:

    • Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.

    • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and activities to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.

  • Training and Development:

    • Support the coordination and logistics of training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.

    • Assist in tracking employee training and development activities and maintaining training records.

  • HR Projects and Initiatives:

    • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development, diversity and inclusion programs, and employee recognition efforts.

    • Collaborate with the HR team to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance HR effectiveness.

    • Assist in handling all matters compliance with theEmloyment Labour laws


Requirements:

  • Pursued a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and willingness to learn and develop new skills.

  • Well versed with the Employment Act and all other relevant Labour laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
