Responsibilities:
Assist with Recruitment and Onboarding:
Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
Assist in conducting new hire orientations and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
HR Administration:
Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing HR-related documents.
Support the HR team in organizing and maintaining personnel files, records, and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
Employee Relations:
Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and activities to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
Training and Development:
Support the coordination and logistics of training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
Assist in tracking employee training and development activities and maintaining training records.
HR Projects and Initiatives:
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development, diversity and inclusion programs, and employee recognition efforts.
Collaborate with the HR team to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance HR effectiveness.
- Assist in handling all matters compliance with theEmloyment Labour laws
Requirements:
Pursued a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Well versed with the Employment Act and all other relevant Labour laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
