Job Title: Head of Partnerships - Cloud Computing Solutions

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Partnerships to lead our corporate partnerships strategy and drive business growth through strategic alliances. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-value partnerships with corporate clients, ensuring successful cloud computing solution implementations, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary focus will be cultivating and managing strategic partnerships with corporate clients. This includes identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and ensuring successful implementation of our cloud solutions across partner organizations.

Partnership Development and Management:

You will develop and execute partnership strategies to drive business growth, establish and maintain C-level relationships with key decision-makers, and create comprehensive partnership programs that deliver value to both parties.


Revenue Growth:

The role involves setting and achieving partnership revenue targets, developing pricing strategies, and identifying new revenue opportunities within existing partnerships. You will collaborate with our sales team to create compelling business cases for potential partners.

Strategic Planning:

You will be responsible for market analysis, competitor research, and developing strategic plans to position our cloud solutions effectively in the corporate sector. This includes identifying industry trends and adapting our partnership approach accordingly.

Team Leadership:

The position involves building and leading a high-performing partnerships team, setting clear objectives, and ensuring effective collaboration with other departments including sales, technical, and customer success teams.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

Experience in technology partnerships or enterprise sales, with at least some years specifically in cloud computing or related technologies. Proven track record of building and managing successful corporate partnerships with demonstrated revenue growth.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, enterprise IT infrastructure, and current market trends. Ability to articulate technical concepts to business stakeholders.

Skills:

- Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities

- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities

- Strategic thinking and business acumen

- Financial modeling and analysis skills

- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

- Leadership and team management experience

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

3. Partnership Health (15%): Maintain a partner satisfaction score of 8.5/10 or higher through quarterly surveys and achieve a 90% annual retention rate.
