We at Truehost Cloud are on the lookout for a Customer Success Associate to be a part of our vibrant team.
Your role would be to sprinkle your magic in providing top-notch customer service to our existing and potential clients throughout their journey with us.
You’ll be the superhero who identifies opportunities to engage with clients, answers their queries via email, assists them through live chat, and provides phone support to deliver an exceptional sales experience.
This position is based in our Fort Worth, TX Office, and we’re all for a hybrid working model.
Role Expectations:
- Delivering outstanding customer service by assisting with sales and upgrade inquiries.
- Understanding the client’s needs and communicating service information and pricing of various services and plans.
- Building positive and long-term relationships with clients by providing quarterly follow-ups.
- Creating creative solutions for clients with the help of our support and engineering teams.
- Assisting clients with basic level support tasks and escalating issues if required.
- Keeping our CRM records up-to-date.
- Providing accurate weekly sales performance reports to the Team Lead.
What you'll need to Succeed:
- At least a year of related customer service experience, ideally in a sales capacity.
- Experience in a web hosting or similar technology company would be a plus.
- Proficiency in English to communicate technical and potentially complex concepts.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- A strong customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Teamwork skills to overcome obstacles and achieve goals.
- Effective time management skills including multitasking and prioritization.

The pay rate for this position is $16+ hourly plus additional performance bonuses. We can’t wait to meet you! 🎉
